A tea ritual, for me, is a necessity, especially in the journey to wellness. From preparation to drinking, each step has its importance as it encourages presence and mindfulness. It also promotes respect, harmony, and tranquility.

I take this time to meditate on my intentions or use the scent of the tea as a focal point for visual or scent meditation. Once the herbs are infused, the tea pours into my mug, maintaining focus as I take sips, visualizing the teas warmth and healing energy radiating throughout my body. And then finishing off by giving thanks always...

Such a simple yet powerful practice that can help to put one's mind, body, and spirit into alignment.
